Great staff and great care for my old cat.

Great experience. They are professional and courteous. We went back immediately and they started with my information on my sweet girl. They were very thorough on the examination and explained everything they did to my girl.

Very caring for your pets. Not only is she an outstanding vet, she takes their care very personal. I thank you and our dogs, our cats, and the farm animals thank you.

I honestly never imagined I would be writing a review like this. I took my puppy to this veterinary office trusting that my baby would be cared for and protected, and instead I left completely heartbroken. What was supposed to be a routine procedure turned into one of the worst days of my life when I was told my puppy died during recovery. The shock and pain of hearing those words is something I will never forget. My dog was not just a pet — he was family, loved deeply, and trusted completely. What made this even harder was how everything was handled afterward. I was given promises, very few real answers, and weeks of emotional distress while trying to understand what happened to my puppy. As a grieving pet owner, all I wanted was honesty, compassion, and accountability. I trusted this office with something priceless to me, and now I have to live with the pain of coming home without my dog. No amount of apologies or explanations can undo that heartbreak. I understand that complications can happen, but the lack of communication, transparency, and compassion after my puppy’s death made an already devastating situation feel even more traumatic. If you choose to bring your pets here, please ask questions, request records, and advocate strongly for your animals. I would never want another family to experience the heartbreak that mine has gone through.
