Having to make the decision to put down a beloved pet is one of the hardest things anyone can go through, and the compassion shown by West Mobile Veterinary Clinic during that time meant more to me than I can properly express. My cat had cancer and was suffering, and unexpectedly having to make that decision for my baby boy Tate was devastating. The fact that I can still leave a five-star review after such a painful experience truly says a lot about the care they provide. Every single staff member was informative, understanding, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They treated both me and my cat with genuine empathy and reassured me that I was making the right decision for him and his quality of life. What touched me even more was that they went out of their way afterward to send a condolence card, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture during a difficult time. I’ve been to several vets around Mobile over the years, and this is the first clinic that truly felt attentive, trustworthy, and genuinely caring toward animals. You can tell they truly care about both pets and the people who love them. I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed us.

Dr.Lisa shows empathy and caring like no other vet I've ever seen in Mobile. Or Kansas City for that matter.

Can not say enough nice things about the care and compassion our sick kitty received. Additionally, the same was given to the humans in the room. We are incredibly grateful and will be using this vet for all our future needs
